SHIPPING

Products paid for by credit card will normally be shipped within two business days of payment. Shipment may be delayed by events beyond our control, including but not limited to vendor delays, weather, floods, etc. Shipping and handling charges shown are for shipments within the continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.

RETURNS

Items may be returned (except individualized custom orders) within 7 days. These returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping and handling costs. Individualized custom orders are not returnable unless defective or damaged.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Shipments damaged en route must be immediately noted to the shipper and to Earl Henry Bird Prints. Damaged shipments are the responsibility of the shipping company.

PRIVACY

Your personal information is kept confidential. We do not sell or give your email or phone to anyone. Also, your card info is protected as well, as our web server is also certified PCI compliant.
